Palacinki Cafe sits comfortably in Ettalong Beach as a spot where the casual coffee culture meets a distinctive twist on crepes and light meals. This café thrives on its unpretentious atmosphere — think mornings or early afternoons filled with the hum of locals catching up over bold, well-crafted coffee and the occasional friendly greeting to a passing dog. Its location on Ocean View Rd makes it ideal for a relaxed stop on a coastal walk or a casual weekend breakfast destination.

The menu leans heavily into crepes as the star attraction, with options that appeal to varied tastes. Vegetarian choices like the spinach crepe and Mediterranean crepe sit alongside classics such as the Nutella and banana with custard, offering a sweet-to-savory balance that keeps regulars coming back. Locals seem to appreciate the portion sizes and the freshness of ingredients, with particular praise often going to the flawless execution of crepe batter — thin, light, and just enough crisp on the edges.

Coffee here holds its own, with the Vienna coffee and strong flat whites receiving nods from those who like their brew straightforward and flavorful. The café’s approach to coffee feels genuine rather than trendy, making it a reliable spot for a pick-me-up with none of the fuss. For families stopping by, the babyccino adds a small touch that makes visiting with kids feel easy and welcoming.

Service is a noticeable part of what makes Palacinki Cafe feel like a place locals trust. The staff are described as warm and accommodating, attentive without being overbearing — a trait that suits the calm, easygoing vibe. This friendly professionalism extends to thoughtful touches, like providing water for dogs, which highlights the café's community-minded approach.

Palacinki Cafe is best enjoyed during morning or midday hours, when the natural light fills the space and the seaside setting can quietly enhance your coffee and crepe experience. It’s a spot that suits a diverse crowd: from solo coffee enthusiasts and families on holiday to longtime locals who appreciate a consistent, approachable menu without any pretense.

I had the Nutella crepe which was awesome. Marek who served my food was very accomodating and even brought a bowl of water out for my dog. Highly recommend

Went there for breakfast on our vacation after reading the great reviews and I must say we weren’t disappointed. My husband raved about the Vienna coffee and my kids loved the Nutella crepes. I personally loved the French crepe. We also tried the banana and custard crepe and scone. We loved every bit of it and were extremely satisfied customers by the end of it. Will definitely come here again.

Now, I've never been lost for words when writing a review. This place is by far the most incredible eatery on the peninsula. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food and coffee were both outstanding. The coffee was bold and full of flavour and made to perfection. Now the crepes, I have never, I repeat, never, had a crepe so beautifully made. The ratio of flavours was delectable and thoughtfully put together. The menu was extensive and had something for everyone (sweet to savoury). The atmosphere was calming and very relaxed. Indoor and outdoor seating with a lovely breeze throughout. I can not rate this place enough. Will definitely be returning.

Food is amazing, we have been twice and couldn't fault it either it! Marek is so lovely and accommodating, staff are incredible. The biggest issue you will have is working which delicious crepe, cake or yummy treats to have!

We wanted both a sweet and savory crepe dish, got recommended the French crepe and the Banana and Custard crepe by front of staff - amazing! Great balance, not too heavy on the palate. Looks huge as an individual portion but actually goes down very easily. Coffees were great too.
